BikesCar starts one step earlier. Before "which model," most people are actually stuck on a simpler, harder question — bike or car, petrol or electric, new or used — and on the paperwork that follows once they've decided. That's the whole site: a small set of interactive tools built around the decision itself, and three plain-language references for the compliance side of ownership that rarely gets explained clearly in one place.
We don't list vehicles for sale, don't take dealer commissions, and don't push you toward any particular brand or model. The road tax, document and modification information is compiled from publicly available government rules and published state tax patterns — we link to Parivahan throughout, and we're not affiliated with the RTO, Parivahan or any government body.
Road tax slabs and EV rebates are set by individual state governments and revised in state budgets, sometimes with little notice. We review and update our figures when we're aware of a change, but every number on this site is meant as a planning estimate — confirm the exact figure with your RTO or on Parivahan before you rely on it for a payment.
